At RIOblanco, we believe in the power of community and the importance of building strong relationships beyond daily work. That’s why we’re proud to share how a very special day unfolded at our Terramara Fresh fields in Sonora, Mexico.

For the past five years, the family harvest has become a cherished tradition that brings us closer to what matters most in our work: people. We carefully plan this event to offer a unique experience for our team members and their families—especially those who aren’t directly involved in fieldwork—to connect with the land and see the harvest firsthand.

Under the warm Sonoran sun and in a joyful atmosphere, families picked grapes, shared meaningful moments, and joined in fun activities like a fruit box-packing contest. The children, without a doubt, stole the show, filling the fields with energy, laughter, and curiosity.

Beyond the harvest itself, these kinds of initiatives help us strengthen bonds of trust and camaraderie, celebrating the collective effort behind each season. They are moments that reflect our values and inspire us to continue building a company culture rooted in respect, joy, and teamwork.

We remain committed to creating opportunities that bring people together, celebrate their contributions, and recognize the heart behind everything we do at RIOblanco.
